If a payment fails, nothing is lost.
You get a 7-day grace period with full access and a visible banner. After that, the clinic switches to read-only until you renew. Staff can still look everything up, and an administrator sees a clear resolution screen. Your data is never deleted.
Good to know
- One doctor per clinic. A second doctor runs their own clinic with its own subscription.
- Patients cannot book online yet; the front desk creates appointments.
- No telemedicine or video. The "virtual" visit type is a label for record-keeping.
- Alerts reach your staff by email and in-app; there is no patient SMS.
