Safer clinic deletion and a clear record of who did what

A deleted clinic can be restored for 30 days, the Terms of Use are accepted and recorded when you join, and every visit from Nojdar support shows in your audit log.

  • Deleting a clinic closes it for every member and emails them, and it can be restored within 30 days
  • After the 30 days, patient records and files are erased for good, while the clinic's subscription invoices are kept
  • Staff who have a closed clinic open are taken to a clear closed screen in their own language, with no reload needed
  • You accept the Terms of Use when you request access or join a clinic, and you are asked again when they change
  • Nojdar administrators must sign in with two-factor authentication, and sign-in links sent by email now ask for your code when your account uses it
  • When Nojdar support signs in to help you, every action is marked as Nojdar support in your audit log, with a filter to find them

Basic plan and plan limits

A new Basic plan for small clinics at 29,000 IQD a month sits beside Pro, and each plan now states what it includes and how much.

  • Basic: the full patient day for one doctor and up to 5 team members, 500 visits a month, 5 GB of file storage and the standalone imaging viewer
  • Pro keeps everything, with unlimited staff and visits, 25 GB of file storage and medical imaging with 20 GB of uploads a month and 250 GB stored
  • Enterprise imaging grows to 100 GB of uploads a month and 1.5 TB stored
  • A usage card on the billing page shows every limit, and notices arrive at 80% and 100% of the visit limit
  • Reaching the visit limit never stops today's work: arrivals, walk-ins and same-day bookings always go through
  • Choose Basic or Pro when your trial starts, and switch between them from the billing page

Medical imaging and dental 3D models

Clinics on Pro and Enterprise can now keep X-rays, CT, MRI and other DICOM studies in the patient's chart and open them in a DICOM viewer in the browser.

  • Upload a study from the patient's CD, a folder or a ZIP, from the doctor's room, the patient's Imaging tab or a diagnostics entry
  • Open it in a DICOM viewer in a new tab, with the patient's five most recent earlier studies beside it for comparison
  • A standalone Imaging Viewer for doctors and assistants shows a CD on screen without uploading anything
  • Dental clinics can store STL, PLY and OBJ 3D scans and open them in a 3D viewer with measurement, section cuts, volume, screenshots and Save as
  • Every opening and download is recorded in the study's access history; uploads, link changes and deletions are audited
  • A monthly upload allowance of 50 GB on Pro and 250 GB on Enterprise, with a meter in settings and warnings at 80%, 95% and 100%
  • Switching imaging off keeps every study in a read-only archive you can still download

Dental chart

Dental clinics can chart every tooth's conditions and treatments over time, from the consultation screen and the patient's chart.

  • An interactive tooth chart in the consultation screen, recording findings and treatments per tooth and surface
  • A Dental tab on the patient's chart with the full history and a snapshot of the chart at each visit
  • Recording a filling or another treatment resolves the earlier finding it covers, which stays in the history
  • Primary teeth for children, and corrections outside a visit
  • On by default for dental clinics; any other clinic can switch it on in settings

AI clinic assistant

The doctor can ask about the clinic's day in plain language and delegate routine bookings, each one confirmed before it runs.

  • Answers from the clinic's own records: today's queue, appointments, patient summaries, pending diagnostics and prescriptions
  • Finance questions use the same figures as the Reports screen, per currency
  • Booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments, marking arrivals and adding notes are proposals that run only after a confirm, and each is audited
  • Doctor only, off until the clinic switches it on, with daily and monthly budgets set by the plan
  • Earlier conversations are kept to return to
